Now that the bulk of calving is over the focus will quickly shift to preparing for the upcoming breeding season. At a time where farmers are considering Sire Advice & bull selection it will be good to keep a record of the cows activity also.

If you see a cow bulling it can be easily recorded as a heat within AgriNet HerdApp. In 18 days that cow will appear in the due to repeat list. More importantly there will be a list of cows not yet seen in heat but calved 42 days or more. These are the cows you may want to have handled before breeding season begins as opposed to realising on the 2nd round of AI that there are cows who haven't yet cycled but should have.

These lists are easily found in Farm reports on the jobs list. List's are automatically sorted into various selections for you. Once a cow has a heat marked you know she has cycled & the cow who has no heat shows up in another list. Cows & heifers are also on different lists.

Once an AI/stockbull serve has been recorded for a female they then automatically are sorted into more lists  eg, due repeat or pregnancy test.

At calving time heifer and cows show up in 2 different columns allowing easy ID of heifers. Having this information in pre-populates the calf registration form at calvinng time.
